1. Zero Document Retention

Your privacy is paramount. Uploaded and generated PDF files are processed in-memory or in isolated temporary directories. Files are purged automatically upon download or within 24 hours. We never read, inspect, or sell your documents.

2. Data We Collect

We collect only your email address when you register for an account or subscribe to a paid plan. We store usage counts to enforce fair quotas.

3. Payment Information

Payment transactions are processed by certified payment provider Midtrans (QRIS, International Credit/Debit cards Visa/Mastercard/JCB, E-Wallets, and Virtual Accounts). We never store or handle your credit card numbers or PINs.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser local storage solely to keep your authentication session and API key on your device. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
