2. Fees, Currency, & Payment Processing

All subscription and package transactions on Pdfumi are processed officially in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via authorized payment gateway partner Midtrans. Pricing on the Pricing page represents current rates. Users receive instant access based on their selected plan.

3. Lawful Use & Limitation of Liability

Users are solely responsible for documents processed. You agree not to misuse Pdfumi for forged official records or illegal purposes. Documents are securely processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy (/refund). Users are eligible for a 7-day money-back guarantee if unresolved technical service issues arise.
